The owner of the vehicle is responsible for payment and is the one who will receive a collection notice if the sanction fee is not paid by the due date.
Riverty can direct the claim to the driver of the car if information about this is provided in writing.
If you believe that the collection notice has been directed to the wrong owner, we kindly ask you to contact us.
