If you have registered a complaint but received a letter from Gothia AS, it may be because your complaint was rejected (check your spam or junk mail filter), or your complaint was not registered correctly.
The processing time for complaints is up to 4 weeks. The response to your complaint will be sent to the email address you provided when registering the complaint. If you cannot find a response to your complaint, we ask that you contact us.
Please note that a complaint about control sanction must be sent in written via the parking portal. Read more about this here.
