You can log in to the parking portal where you submitted your complaint.
If your complaint has been received and is under processing, you will not be able to submit a new complaint.
If you are able to register a complaint, it means the previous one was either not registered correctly or has already been answered. The response to your complaint will be sent to the email address you provided when registering the complaint.
Check your spam, junk mail, or similar filters if more than 4 weeks have passed since you submitted your complaint.
In the parking portal, you can also view pictures of the imposition and the reason it was issued.
