It is not possible to check the status while waiting for a response to your complaint. If you have submitted a complaint via the parking portal, your sanction fee will automatically be put on hold. This means you do not need to worry about payment until you receive a response.
The processing time for complaints is up to 4 weeks. The response to your complaint will be sent to the email address you provided when registering the complaint.
Check your spam, junk mail, or similar filters if more than 4 weeks have passed since you submitted your complaint.
