The response to your complaint will be sent to the email address you provided when registering the complaint.
Check your spam, junk mail, or similar filters if more than 4 weeks have passed since you submitted your complaint.
Have you already paid the sanction fee? Then you do not need to take any further action.
If you have not paid the sanction fee, we ask that you pay the outstanding amount within 3 weeks from the response being sent.
Note! If you have received a collection notice from Riverty Norway AS or a payment reminder from Gothia AS, the full amount, including any additional fees, must be paid.

- Payment via online banking with the payment information stated on your control sanction or debt collection notice.
