What happens if my complaint is upheld?
If your complaint is upheld, the sanction fee will be credited. This means it no longer needs to be paid. If you have already paid, you will be refunded to the account number from which the payment was made. This usually takes 5-7 business days.
If you paid from an account that requires a KID number (e.g., a credit card), please send us the KID number or another account number to which we can issue the refund.
If you paid from a bank that is not Norwegian, we ask you to send us the following information:
- Recipient’s full name
- Recipient’s address
- Bank name
- IBAN
- SWIFT
