Most changes in the app can be made by yourself. You can find guidance on the parking company’s website.
You can, for example, change:
- Vehicle
- Payment card
- Automatic payment
- Spending limit (where available)
- Receipt receipt (where available)
- Notifications (where available)
If your new vehicle is registered under a different user, you can send an email to the parking company requesting them to delete it.
Remember to provide the number plate/registration number of the vehicle.
