Most apps offer automatic payment. You must register this yourself, and information about how to do so can be found on the parking company’s website.
Have you added a new payment card?
If so, make sure that automatic payment is activated for the new card. Remember to check if each vehicle also needs to be linked to the card.
You should always verify that the settings are correct after updating the payment card in the app.
If you have checked the above and automatic payment still isn't working, we recommend contacting the parking company for further assistance.
Have you registered a new card or vehicle in the app after entering the parking area?
If so, the parking must be paid manually through the app, payment machine, or online.
Changes made in the app will only take effect from the next parking session.
